| Our fees
At George Butunoiu we charge a fixed fee for each assignment based on estimated professional time and degree of complexity. The advantage of this approach is that the Client is able to budget accurately for the work from the outset. Our standard professional fee for conducting an assignment of this nature is not bound to the successful candidate’s compensation, but is calculated in relation to the difficulty of the recruitment assignment. The minimum fee that we charge is € 12.000 per assignment. |
